The "Today" host may rise to even greater popularity as new co-host Meredith Veira infuses the morning show with new blood. As Pluto transits his Mercury next fall, Lauer may also follow in the footsteps of Veira and former co-host and bring his personal life into the spotlight. He could become a memoirist who confesses to his own struggles trying to balance a very busy career with a family. A cute author photo may help him to reach his main audience: women.
