This really is a good show. It's the first show that brought me back to watching NBC. It wasn't given a decent chance with a bad lead in - Biggest Loser. It didn't make any sense. NBC shot themselves in the foot and cancelling before moving it to a different night & time first is going to make them lose even more viewers.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY CANCELLED A WONDERFUL SHOW LIKE KIDNAPPED AND KEPT RIDICULOUS SHOWS LIKE THE BIGGEST LOSER! WHO'S THE LOSER NOW NBC? THOSE THAT WOULD HAVE STARTED TO TUNE IN TO NBC AGAIN! WHY DON'T YOU TRY ANOTHER TIME SLOT? LIKE THE TIMESLOT BEFORE "LOSER"?

It's no wonder that NBC has become the bottom-feeder of network television. The NBC executives obviously have no idea of what's going on, let alone what appeals to today's television viewers. When they finally air a decent show with some style and class, like Kidnapped, they decide to cancel it without giving it a fair and equitable opportunity to widen its appeal with the television audience. I'm beginning to think network executives have the same mentality as major airline executives - both are living in a fantasy world so far removed from reality. It's sickening!

I really enjoy this show. I have it set to come on every week so I don't miss it with my crazy schedule. The actors are great and I think it is much better than Vanished. What is wrong with the TV viewing public?

Did they really think that they could put anything in the spot of Law & Order and have it succeed!!! Put Law & Order back on Wednesday nights where it belongs!!!

this show wasn't an original idea but it was a good enough show to stay on the air past the 13 original episodes. Its an exciting show that keeps the audience captivated. try moving the show to a more popular time slot rather than canceling a good show. what a waste if it really is cancelled. Somehow 7th Heaven makes a comeback and Kidnapped can't make it past the first season comeone NBC wake up!

cbs should save smith. it has the makings to be one fine show. a corporation can not tell if a show is going to be good or not after only two airings. they need to give it a chance to build a proper audience. when the networks are willing to give reality shows that suck a seasons chance to gain popularity they give the same respect to comedies and dramas. if they dont then they should get simon baker and jonny lee miller on something else. these two guys could go far given the right time, writing, and audience. on another note. thank god showtime is bringing back brotherhood, that show is great i only wish they played it on a regular channel. i bought the season and i was hooked.

Typical NBC. They don't support their shows, especially good ones. 10PM on a Wednesday night? They never gave it the chance such a well-acted, well-written show deserves. And they wonder why they're the least watched network.

The show was a bad idea, made worse by having a 'freelance' FBI guy that could inexplicably do and go anywhere he wanted to within the realms of normal law enforcement. Is it a comic book or a real-life drama? This was much better when it was a 2 hour movie called 'Ransom'.

This show is awesome. I saw the pilot, and did not think it was a great show, maybe a good one. Episode 2 and 3 made it an awesome show. The character development progressed and made it worth coming back to. It's moved to Saturdays starting Oct.21. The second episode is up on NBC.
It probably would have done better if it were scheduled behind a show that drew a similar audience rather than The biggest loser.
