3) Rosie O'Donnell energizes "The View" and reminds us of her persona when we loved her -- fun, a genuine fan of the guests ... not to mention the daily drama of which one of her fellow co-hosts' toes she's stepped on.

4) TV Land's very underrated, poorly timed, smart, baby boom generation four-hour retrospective "Generation Boom."
