For better or worse, richer or poorer, comedy or drama, we here at Bravo have gathered together to celebrate:

1. Ross and Rachel (Friends)
As the series progressed, Ross and Rachel's on-again off-again relationship became an ever-present element of the storyline, and kept us asking, "Will they ever get together?" through new babies and broken engagements. Finally, in the last episode, we got our answer, as Ross made a last-minute rush to the airport to declare his love and stop Rachel from leaving New York.

2. Kevin Arnold and Winnie Cooper (The Wonder Years)
Winnie and Kevin are Television's quintessential childhood sweethearts; from their iconic kiss in the show's first episode, to the revelation in the series finale that they ultimately go their separate ways.

3. Carrie Bradshaw and Mr. Big (Sex and the City)
As six seasons went by, Big and Carrie became inextricable parts of each other's lives. Carrie's story simply couldn't have ended properly without closure about her relationship with Big. When, against the backdrop of Paris, Big and Carrie finally made a commitment, our heroine got a well-deserved happy ending.

4. Sam Malone and Diane Chambers (Cheers)
In the first season of Cheers, Sam and Diane fight, flirt, and fight some more. The romantic tension between them was so compelling that viewers could practically see sparks between the brash, bigheaded bartender and compulsive, cerebral Diane. When they finally shared a first kiss in the season finale, the release of pressure could be felt in living rooms everywhere.

Niles and Daphne? Are you kidding? And why are these lists on something called Brilliant But Canceled?

Christina wrote:

What about Cory and Topanga (Boy Meets World) or Joey and Pacey (Dawson's Creek).

Tarita wrote:

You need to add John and Aeryn from 'Farscape' to this list

Melvin wrote:

Hello, Maddie Hayes and David Addison (Moonlighting)

IMS wrote:

Thank you for including Dan & Roseanne. They were the first family I ever saw that represented everyone in my neighborhood (well, until they won the lottery). Even now I get a little nostalgic when I watch it.

Bob wrote:

What about Angel and Buffy or Amy and Ephram?

Amanda wrote:

I agree with Christina what about Cory and Topanga (Boy Meets World)

Wes wrote:

Dylan Mckay and Brenda Walsh? or Kelly Taylor? What about Zach Morris and Kelly Kapowski? Come on!

Props on #2 though.

Ashley wrote:

What about Amy and Ephram or Bright and Hannah??

J wrote:

No Homer & Marge..? That's unpossible!

mary wrote:

What about Josh and Donna on the West Wing??? If Daphne and Niles made it in, they at least deserve honorable mention....

Marge wrote:

Fabulous piece. You hit on the great ones. Very entertaining read. GOOD WORK!!

Darlene wrote:

What about Charles & Caroline Ingalls from Little House on the Prairie or Mac and Harm from JAG

jen wrote:

I second the vote for Buffy and Angel! Definitely some groundbreaking there...and the attraction/tension was powerful. Although I loved Joey/Dawson (not Pacey, I never got that) and Amy/Ephram, not quite the same magnitude and not groundbreaking. Just very well done.

Lisa wrote:

I don't think there ever will be a hotter couple than Angel and Buffy. Talk about forbidden romances! I was also an X-Files 'shipper for years...thanks for including Fox and Dana!

Paul wrote:

Hello....What about Jonathan and Jennifer Hart on "Hart to Hart"?? JR and Sue-Ellen on "Dallas"?? And I am so glad someone mentioned Buffy and Angel, but honorable mention would have to go to Spike and Drucilla.

randie wrote:

hey , what about monica and chandler ? and most of all, what about pam and jim? the future best tv couple ever!!!

Elizabeth wrote:

i would not have thought of Will Ferrel's male cheerleader character to be one of them. what about Rory and Dean (or Logan or Jess) or Lorelai and Luke (or Chris) from Gilmore Girls?

Natalie wrote:

Loved the list...but have some additions...Josh and Donna from the West Wing, Lee and Amanda from Scarecrow and Mrs. King, and Caroline and Richard from Caroline in the City.

G wrote:

Some of my favorites are Rob and Laura Petrie, Red and Kitty Foreman, and Michael and Gloria Stivic.

Ashley wrote:

I like the list...but one of my favorite couples (even though they didn't stay together the whole show) was Jackie and Kelso from that 70's show they were funny together!

shannon wrote:

I have to agree about Corey and Tapanga, Dawson and Joey, but what about Mork and Mindy and Piper and Leo.

Chris wrote:

I agree - Corey & Topanga! And Amy and Ephram. And please, Ross and Rachel? She was way too - I want him, I don't, I want him, I don't. How can anyone root for that?

Dave wrote:

It's long before my time, but I really think Lucy and Ricky should probably make a valentines list of couples.

lee wrote:

Josh and Donna from The West Wing---how could you leave off one of the best couples since Tracy and Hepburn!

Rebekah G wrote:

OMG, what about Donna and David from 90210??? Or Ray and Debra from Everybody Loves Raymond? Nikki and Victor from Y & R are classic. Those are some good ones too. So many to choose from.

Stephanie wrote:

I think you should really have included George & Lucille Bluth from Arrested Development...maybe even Tobias & Lindsay Funke.

hb wrote:

What about Doug and Carrie from King of Queens, and Red and Kitty from That 70s Show. If Luke and Laura make it, you have to consider other soap couples, like Bo and Hope, John and Marlena, and even Alice and Tom Horton from Days of our Lives.

mike wrote:

Are you kidding me? Smithers and Burns but not Marge and Homer? What about the Cleavers or Ozzie and Harriett? How are Archie and Edith below Sonny and Cher? Ridiculous and useless other than to foster complaints. And most of the other complaints are from obvious youngsters who don't know much that was on before Saved by the Bell and 90210? SBTB wasn't even a prime time show? STUPID LIST!

Indra wrote:

What about Emma Peel and John Steed? These two were far more influential on pop culture than Niles and Daphne. Even Shaggy and Scooby are more influential.

Indra

Dan wrote:

Maddie Hayes and David Addison from Moonlighting is an obvious and egregious omission from the list.

GOB lll wrote:

From Arrested should have been George Michael and Maybe-THAT was the premiere couple on that show, or even from ANY show! Does anyone else think so? Maybe, lol?

gary wrote:

how bout bill and judy miller on still standing? it would still be on if cbs left it on monday nite, darn it.

Jennifer wrote:

Joanie and Cha Chi from Happy Days. Although, short lived, they even had their own spin-off and we got to watch them grow up on tv.

PickREALCouples! wrote:

STILL STANDING? WTF? Did anyone else watch that POS besides Gary? Or is that just the last TV couple you could think of that wasnt mentioned here? Oy Vey! Speaking of which, what about Mr Sheffield and the Nanny?

kelly wrote:

Gotta agree adding Homer & Marge from The Simpsons, as well as David and Maddie from Moonlighting and Josh & Donna from TWW.

Word also to the addition of Luke & Lorelai from Gilmore Girls.

June Star wrote:

Much of the original list is weak. Buffy and Angel is a particularly egregious oversight, considering some of those that made the cut.

Logan and Veronica from Veronica Mars should be on the list as well.

Kyle wrote:

I'll third (or fourth or fifth or whatever) Buffy and Angel.

Also, what about Alan Shore and Denny Crane?

Pauline wrote:

Steven & Elise from Family Ties? Mike and Carol Brady? Fred & Wilma? Gomez & Morticia(The Addams Family)Just some more memorable couples to ponder

Rebecca wrote:

How about Jack & Jennifer from Days Of Our Lives? They had a chemistry that rocked!

Laura wrote:

Angel and Buffy should have been one of the first.

Amy/Ephram, Liz/Max(Roswell), Nathan/Haley(One Tree Hill), Dawson/Joey/Pacey, as well.

The young generation gets no love.

larry r wrote:

eric and donna from that 70s show, nuff said

Roberto Trovassi wrote:

Val and Gary on Knots Landing - for fourteen years, the greatest (and most frustrating) couple in prime time soaps.

Jarred wrote:

I see several Buffy mentions, but the quintessential couple from that series was point blank, Willow Rosenburg and Tara Maclay.

missy5546 wrote:

what about ryan and marissa?
